is a 3-session series designed to Set the tone of Flow for the week

Each gathering blends breathwork, biofield tuning, sound, and slow movement to help your body soften, your mind quiet, and your nervous system rest

Clarity

Clearing the Static to Tune into your True Signal

A space to let go of the noise. 

Come into you and define your container. 

As electromagnetic beings, we are made of water. The experiments of Veda Austin & Masuro Emoto have reproduced evidence that water comes into clarity with messages based in love, compassion, forgiveness. 

Being a clear light channel while being grounded to the Earth allows you to receive direction & insight without the confusion, doubt, and baggage we are culturally exposed to. 

This will be a fun and light session where we can explore Clarity together. 

You will go home with an easy, Coherent Breathwork tool to use any time you are in overwhelm or doubt & need a Clarity Reset. 

Humor

While tension contracts, a sense of humor helps us Flow. 

Humor is the ability to see the sardonic irony in life.

There are many ways humor can show up to support us.

Funny cat videos, comedy, the things kids say. 

Humor supports our buoyancy and ability to lighten up!

Experience how laughter and humor can be a bridge between states of consciousness. 

Just like a song can transform our mood and lift our spirits, laughter shakes us from deep within, lighting up our endocrine receptors for dopamine & serotonin. Acupressure points in our cheeks activate when we grin (even when we fake it) to release beneficial hormones. 

We can easily bend and make tiny changes in our breath to help us find joy even in obstacles.

Agility

A gentle exploration to loosen contraction. 

To detach from the past & the future. 

To arrive at the experience of light and breath, just the way we are. 

A natural flow helps us row our canoe according to the current. Instead of fighting the river or losing sight of the banks, agility keeps us on our toes and ready to respond to life instead of react. 

Take Home Tools: Spinal Twists, Calf Stretches, Flexibility in the feet & toes. 

Gentle, light breathwork that soothes or energizes depending what is needed in the moment. 

We will be wrapping up the season of flow with a return to clarity & laughter as we practice the art of agility and just notice how we respond to the invitations life brings.

Meet Your Yoga and Sound Bath Guide

Through her work as a Transformation Coach, and Sound Practitioner, and Yoga Instructor, Angie empowers you to release the shackles of “shoulds” and shame so you can unleash the power of your authentic self and LOVE your life.

Her approach honors the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit while bringing empathy, knowledge, and passion to all that she does. She is proud to have clients saying their experiences were “powerful,” “such a gift” and “exceeded my expectations beyond anything I could have imagined.” 

She holds several certifications including Thrive Global Coach, Tiny Habits Coach, Yoga Instructor 200 RYT, Emotion Code Practitioner, Reiki II Practitioner, Sound, and Group Fitness Instructor.

Outside of coaching, she is the mom to three, loves time outdoors, and is mildly obsessed with true crime and cults. You’ll soon recognize her quick smile, infectious enthusiasm, and occasional laughing snort.

Meet Your Biofield Tuning Guide

Rachel is an Acupuncturist, Biofield Tuning Practitioner & co-owner of Will Heal Farm, where she grows medicinal plants for health and body care rooted in nature’s intelligence. 

Shel has studied nutrition, cooking, and herbal medicine from AAAOM in Roseville MN & School of Evolutionary Medicine. 

Many years of life experience have led her to integrate her holistic knowledge into her daily life, where she also practices Qigong, Yoga, Meditation, Dance, Visual Arts, Walking, and the practice of healing sound. 

In individual and group sessions, Rachel uses the Biofield Tuning Protocols to create alchemy. Just like the lotus, we are in a process of growing up out of the muck in a personal and collective process. 

She is a 3/5 sacral generator in human design, which means she has a thirst to travel!
